Intake
After enrollment, complete a short intake so I can understand where your business stands before our first session. You’ll also receive instructions for scheduling Session 1. Please complete your intake at least 48 hours before that session.

We meet for the first of your four private 45-minute sessions. Your Starter System and Mentee Workbook are provided as part of onboarding, before Session 1.
30 days of guidance
One session a week, weekly assignments (plan about 4–6 hours a week), email support for quick questions, and your 30/60/90-day plan in Session 4.

Questions
I don’t know where to start. Is this too early for me?
Not knowing where to start is exactly what Week 1 is for. You’ll look at where you stand and decide what needs to happen first and what can wait.
Why not just figure this out myself?
You can, and plenty of people do. The mentorship is for when you’d rather not spend months guessing: you get a structure, feedback before you spend money or time on the wrong things, and a weekly check-in that keeps you moving.
What happens right after I pay?
After enrollment, you’ll receive the next steps to complete your intake and schedule Session 1. Please complete your intake at least 48 hours before Session 1 so I can prepare around where your business actually stands.
I haven’t started my business yet. Can I still join?
Yes. The program works for someone who is still setting up and for someone who has started but needs organization and direction.
I already bought the Starter System. Why would I need this?
The Starter System shows you what to do. The mentorship helps you apply it to your own business: four private 45-minute sessions, feedback on your decisions, weekly assignments, accountability, the workbook, and a personalized 30/60/90-day plan. If you’re comfortable implementing on your own, the Starter System may be all you need.
What if I spend the money and I’m still confused?
Confusion is what the sessions are for. Bring your questions and the pieces you’re stuck on, and each week ends with decisions and specific assignments. No one can promise an outcome, but you won’t be left to sort it out alone during the 30 days.
I need help getting clients. Does this cover that?
Week 3 focuses on Patient Acquisition Fundamentals + Testing, B2B outreach, partnership strategy, and the A-LIST Conversation Framework. You’ll build and start testing an approach for your market.
Will I get patients or contracts within 30 days?
That isn’t something anyone can promise. The program helps you build and begin implementing systems for patient acquisition, outreach, and follow-up. Results depend on your decisions, effort, market, offer, and individual circumstances.
I work full time. Can I realistically do this?
Plan for about 4–6 hours per week of implementation, plus one 45-minute session each week. Many people building a business are also working. Individual circumstances vary.
Do I need to already be a phlebotomist?
Yes. This program is for people with phlebotomy training or experience. It does not provide phlebotomy certification or clinical skills training.
How long is the program?
30 days, with four private 45-minute mentorship sessions, generally one per week.
Can you build the business for me?
No. This is mentorship. Xyon provides guidance, feedback, structure, and accountability. You complete the implementation.
Can I message Xyon between sessions?
Limited email support is included Monday through Friday for brief questions and clarification related to your current program work. Allow 24–48 business hours for a response. It isn’t unlimited consulting: detailed strategy, extensive reviews, research, troubleshooting, and planning are handled during your sessions.
What happens after 30 days?
You finish with your personalized 30/60/90-day plan. Ongoing one-on-one mentorship is not included. Additional resources or support opportunities may become available separately in the future.
